Reason being you need a great crew, atleast the basic (DOP, sound & editor) to give your filmed content a fine look.

Yes, it is tough to find people that collaborate, more so in India, where almost everybody is a filmmaker, thanks to digital boom; but once the boom goes kaput and the initial hysteria dies after 2 or 3 years, it is the time, you hunt out the best and make your team of 'collab cast & crew'.
