69 Opposites Attract l 93 l Bikini, Saree & Hypocrisy

The realistic nature of films today have made kissing, onscreen physicality & lovemaking scenes a done norm in the films worldwide. Though, there is a problem, many actors particularly aspiring actors think that they should RESERVE such physicality for big time filmmakers? Point is, why will big time filmmakers cast YOU? You need to show them a strong repertoire, for them, to even look at you, forget notice you.

It is here that independent films help the aspiring actors; but independent films have their perils! The most common, budgets are almost never there, so cast & crew hardly gets a pay; many times it is driven by the passion of only one person, Filmmaker; the actors, in many cases, crew too get delusional with the project. Major reason being, today everyone wants everything NOW.. it doesn't happen that way.. as the road to stardom is one loooooooooooong journey!

The reason for this post is, a funny anecdote that happened last week. The actress said that she saw my work and I put all my actresses in bikini.. well I can't put an actress in a saree in the sea or a beach or a pool.. just like I can't put an actress in a bikini in the garden or the road! Point is if you see bikini & overlook saree.. is it my fault? And if you are so sure that by putting an actress in a bikini or an actor bare-chested, I am doing something wrong.. you reek of a hypocritical attitude! It is precisely this hypocrisy that ends the career of many an aspiring actors.
