A lot of aspirants complain, particularly in India that nepotism didn't even let them get a break. Really? I meet so many aspirants worldwide that want to work only with big banners & A-list superstars. While actors get the real picture in about a year; actresses hang on for big banners for 4 to 5 years! A bulk of them get false promises, or minuscule roles that hardly do any good to their career. By the time they realize the bitter truth, the charm & freshness has faded away.A famous industry saying is - the work you have, is the only real work in industry; rest all are talks and hogwash! It is very easy to blame nepotism, but the fact is, it is the karma that holds them back. Have a positive outlook, do good Karma and see the results!
