
Many people feel that fitness is only having six-pack abs or a well toned body. It's a myth; fitness is actually, the perfect balance of physical, mental & spiritual strength that you take from the universe and the energies that you give out to the universe. These energies create, the right vibe on the sets of a film.
As an actor you might have a physically challenging role, like play a blind; so it really doesn't mean you got to have bulging biceps or 6 to 12 pack abs; it simply means that you can do physically taxing jobs on the shoot; fall, collapse, run, fight, probably throw away 100 punches at 60 or lift the leading lady at 70!
While it may seem an easy task to do these acts; I have seen actors giving 10-12 to almost 30 retakes to perfect the shot!
